Pay No Attention to the Woman Behind the Screen

My name is Mackenzie but almost everybody calls me Max these days. I’ve lived in the East Bay, California for the majority of my life but I will always consider the Pacific Northwest my home! I live with my amazing husband PJ, his best friend John and our menagerie of animals. You think I’m joking, but I’m not. In our two-bedroom, one bathroom apartment we have: Ty (aka Tiberius the chi-poo), Artie (aka Artemis the American Bulldog & pitbull mix), Snick the calico and Gerzie (aka Gerzelda the grey cat). We’re expecting our first baby in early October and we’re nowhere near ready! We’re completely thrilled for the arrival of our baby boy but we still have a million and one things to do to get ready! Here is where I chronicle my transition from a young-adult to a mom, and hopefully a SuperMom at that. 🙂
